The first thing you’ll notice (hopefully) is that I’ve renamed this newsletter to… *drum roll* … the Natsletter!
Did you get it?? Once you see it, you can’t unsee it ha! 😆 It’s probably a little cringe and lame – but it makes me giggle every time I see it, so that’s what matters!
We’ve ushered in the fourth month of the year. And there are lots of things happening in life that are equal parts exciting and nerve-wrecking. But also, there’s a lot of just… waiting.
We’re waiting for Alistair’s port to be removed.
We’re waiting to buy a house.
We’re waiting to go on holidays.
We’re waiting, waiting, waiting.
Lots of plans made, but cannot be finalised because of the many moving parts that are, frankly, still up in the air. Learning how to surrender and trust God that all will work out – and if they don’t, better things are in store.
Some sketches to share
I’m happy to report that I’ve been back to sketching almost daily. To make that happen, I’m changing my mindset and reminding myself that the goal is not to create masterpieces – only to create. That’s been really helpful to remove the barriers, and sketching now isn’t as daunting or time-consuming anymore.
In fact, I’m also having a lot of fun! And I feel more free to explore and experiment and just, play.

What I’ve been watching
Here’s an inspiring video of Neil Gaiman’s commencement speech at the University of the Arts that I found while randomly going through videos on YouTube.
What I’ve been listening
I haven’t really been listening to podcasts lately, but here are a few that I’m looking forward to:
As for music, I think I’m going through a Sia and Billie Eilish phase.
What else?
Nothing much! Thanks so much for reading all the way ❤️ Have a fabulous weekend!
